These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website https://raunakelectrovision.com (the “Site”) and the purchase of any electronic components, connectors, heat shrink sleeves, terminal blocks, wire harnesses, or associated services from our online store.
By browsing, registering an account, requesting a quotation, or placing an order on our Site, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the Site or purchasing our products.
1. General & Account Eligibility
Eligibility: By using this Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
Account Responsibility: When you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated registration details.
Account Suspension: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts, refuse service, or cancel orders at our sole discretion if fraudulent activity, misuse, or violation of these Terms is detected.
2. Product Specifications & Technical Accuracy
Product Descriptions: We manufacture, import, and distribute industrial-grade electronic components (including Heat Shrink Sleeves, Terminal Blocks, Connectors, and Custom Assemblies). While we strive for absolute accuracy in technical specifications, dimensions, tolerances, and pinouts, variations may occur due to manufacturer updates or raw material batches.
Datasheets & Drawings: Product images, technical drawings, and downloadable datasheets are provided for informational and reference purposes. It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify compatibility, electrical ratings, operating temperature, and mechanical tolerances for their specific application prior to mass integration.
Visual Representation: Actual product colors (e.g., color-coded sleeves or connector housings) may slightly differ from website images due to monitor settings and photography lighting.
3. Pricing, GST & Payment
Pricing: All prices listed on individual product pages are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR ₹). Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuations in material costs, import duties, or market dynamics.
Taxes & GST: Applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) will be calculated and added during the checkout process based on statutory HSN codes and delivery destination (CGST/SGST for intra-state, IGST for inter-state).
B2B Invoicing: Business buyers seeking GST input tax credit must provide a valid GSTIN and registered business name at checkout. We cannot modify or re-issue tax invoices with revised GST details once an invoice is generated and processed.
Payment Methods: We accept secure payments via major third-party payment gateways supporting UPI, Net Banking, Debit/Credit Cards, and Corporate Cards. Orders are processed only upon successful receipt and verification of payment.
4. Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) & Bulk Quotations
MOQs: Certain low-value items, cut-length sleeves, or specialized connector pins may carry a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) or minimum pack size requirement to be eligible for purchase.
Request for Quotation (RFQ): For high-volume wholesale inquiries, custom wire harness assemblies, or non-catalog specifications, quotes provided via email or formal quotation sheets are valid for the period explicitly stated in the quotation document.
5. Order Processing, Shipping & Delivery
Dispatch: Confirmed orders for in-stock items are typically dispatched within 1 to 3 business days (excluding Sundays and national holidays). Custom orders, wire harnesses, or bulk assemblies will adhere to mutually agreed production lead times.
Shipping Partners: Deliveries are handled via authorized third-party surface and express logistics partners (e.g., Shiprocket, Delhivery, Bluedart, India Post, or contracted cargo services).
Transit Times & Delays: Estimated delivery times are indicative. Raunak Electrovision LLP shall not be liable for delivery delays caused by logistics carrier constraints, severe weather, regional strikes, customs clearance, or force majeure events.
Delivery Address & Redelivery: The customer must ensure accurate shipping address details and active contact numbers. Additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect addresses or repeated failed delivery attempts will be billed to the customer.
6. Order Cancellation, Returns & Warranty
Order Cancellations: Standard retail orders may be canceled before the package has been dispatched by contacting our support team. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. Custom wire harnesses, custom-cut sleeves, and bespoke PCB assemblies cannot be canceled once production begins.
Returns & Replacements: Returns or replacements are accepted within 7 days of delivery only in the event of:
Manufacturing defects or transit damage.
Dispatch of incorrect parts/SKUs against the order invoice.
Condition of Returned Goods: Returned components must be unused, unaltered, in their original packaging, and with all labels intact.
Limitation of Component Warranty: Components damaged due to improper soldering, incorrect voltage/current application, reverse polarity, mishandling, or improper installation by the customer are not eligible for replacement or refund.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including company logos, trademarks, text copy, custom graphics, button icons, product categorizations, and software code—is the property of Raunak Electrovision LLP or its licensed content providers and is protected under Indian and international intellectual property and copyright laws.
You may not scrape, reproduce, duplicate, copy, or exploit any portion of the Site for commercial gain without express written consent from us.
8. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer
Disclaimer of Warranties: The Site and all products delivered to you are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any express or implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, except as explicitly stated in writing.
Limitation of Damages: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Raunak Electrovision LLP, its partners, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, data, machinery downtime, or system integration failures) arising out of the purchase, use, or inability to use our products.
Maximum Liability: Our aggregate liability for any direct claim arising from a product purchase shall not exceed the total amount paid by the buyer for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Raunak Electrovision LLP, its partners, officers, and employees from and against any third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) resulting from your violation of these Terms, misuse of our products, or violation of any third-party rights.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you products or services shall be governed by, construed, and enforced exclusively in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes, suits, or proceedings arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Delhi, India.
11. Amendments to Terms
We reserve the right to revise, update, or replace any part of these Terms at our sole discretion. Any revisions become effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of those revisions.
