Designed to withstand the intense thermal cycles of wave soldering pots and dip baths, these connectors prevent body warping, blister formation, and pin loosening during automated manufacturing.
Engineered with built-in housing standoffs, they allow optimal flux outgassing, solder wetting, and post-solder cleaning wash-out. The high-purity tinned brass/copper alloy pins ensure rapid solder joint formation, low contact resistance, and long-term joint integrity under continuous electrical and mechanical stress.
